A Statewide, Dual-Region Positioning
Washington isn't a single-region state. Western Washington and the Puget Sound corridor deal with marine humidity and, near ports and ferry facilities, airborne salt and chloride exposure that accelerates corrosion of embedded rebar and metal fixtures. Eastern Washington sees real four-season conditions, including winter freeze-thaw cycling, in a more value-conscious market. A coating built for only one of those conditions isn't built for Washington.
We formulate and install polyurea and protective concrete coating systems with both conditions in mind, so a garage floor, warehouse, or commercial facility gets a system matched to where it actually sits in the state — not a generic one-size-fits-all product.
Alongside residential and industrial/commercial work, we treat marine-industrial and tech-campus flooring as a specialty — saltwater/chloride-resistant coatings for port and ferry-adjacent facilities, and precision flooring for Seattle-metro data centers, biotech labs, and corporate campuses, including ESD/clean-room-adjacent applications where a facility requires it.
